Under the hood
Desktop app
C# with .NET 10 and Avalonia UI, running on Windows, macOS and Linux. A queue for many packages, previews for images, audio and 3D models, auto-updates via Velopack.
Website
A Next.js site that unpacks packages right in the browser without uploading them. Plus a security scan, a preview gallery and payments via Stripe.
Backend
My own REST API in .NET 10 with PostgreSQL. It runs in Docker on my Hetzner server and goes live on every push to master via GitHub Actions.
Discord bot
Scans a Unity package right in the chat with /analyze and replies with a safety report.

From industry to software.
I come from manufacturing. My last job was machine and plant operator in a three-shift system, and I wrote code after my shifts. You learn fast that a production line doesn't wait until everyone is done debating. That's how I work on software too: find the problem, fix it, move on.
I've been working on EasyExtract since 2021. What started as a small tool for unpacking Unity packages is now a product with a desktop app, a website, its own API and a Discord bot, with over 10,000 downloads and more than 50 releases. I build, run and support all of it under the name HakuSystems.
When someone reports a bug on Discord, I reproduce it instead of guessing. One example from August: a package wouldn't extract because it had been repacked outside Unity on a Mac. I had the cause and the fix the same day, and it shipped in version 2.10.1.
